Appraisal

Upload photos and get an instant estimate: AI identifies the make, model and year, then prices it from our reference table and recent comparable sales of the same machine. Free, no listing required, and you can keep your fleet valued over time under My Fleet.

Inspection & condition reports

Every listing carries a six-system condition report (engine and drivetrain, hydraulics, undercarriage or tires, structure and boom, cab and electrical, attachments), each graded 1 to 5 with notes, plus the serial number. Buyers get a 48-hour As-Described Guarantee after delivery: if the machine does not match its report, file a claim and GME arbitrates before escrow is released.

Shipping

Request transport from inside your deal. We send the pickup, destination, weight and dimensions to our vetted lowboy, RGN and step-deck carriers, collect their quotes, and you book the one you want. Pickup and delivery are tracked on the deal page, and the delivery date starts the guarantee window.

Protection plans

Eligible machines (under 10 years old, within hour limits, grade 3.0 or better) can add powertrain or full-machine coverage for 12 or 24 months at checkout. Plans are administered by partner program (to be named). Plan pricing.

Escrow & closing

Buyer funds are held in escrow until the machine is delivered and the guarantee window closes. GME runs a lien search on the serial number, generates a bill of sale for both parties, and releases funds to the seller only when everything checks out. Card and bank transfer accepted for fees.

Financing

Equipment financing and lease options through partner lenders are being added. Tell us when you commit to a deal and we will connect you with a lender; approval terms depend on the lender. Call (727) 297-2207 to discuss a purchase before you bid.

Need a machine serviced, detailed or repaired before sale to get a better grade and a higher price? We refer sellers to Gulf Coast shops we work with. Ask through your dashboard after listing.
